Three delightful Brooklyn (Via Audio, Tigercity, Mobius Band) bands have NEWS!

Three wonderful Brooklyn bands, that all dabble in different veins of indie / pop/ rock / dance awesomeness, have some tidbits of news for you:

Via Audio (SideCho Records) is playing a few CMJ shows in NYC and then will be heading down to Texas to work on recording their sophmore album; they will also play shows in Dallas (Nov. 7th), Abilene (Nov. 8th), Houston (Nov. 11th), and Austin (Nov. 23rd). They have an unreleased song on BarackRock.org, in which people can download the song free, but are encouraged to make donations to the Obama campaign. Other bands with songs posted on the site include Ra Ra Riot, Foreign Islands, Sam Champion, and many more! The song "Valley of Junipers" is posted HERE.

Mobius Band (Misra Records) has been taking a break for a little while, but will resume business as usual when they play a few upcoming shows in Philly (Oct. 29th) and Boston (Oct. 30th) with Tokyo Police Club. During this hiatus, Noam from the band (A.K.A. 3RDNESS) has completed and released a free EP called "Red Chantrelles". It's available HERE.

TigerCity (Strange Feeling Records in UK) just played a few CMJ shows in NYC and has released a new version of their killer song "Are You Sensation" remixed by their former tourmates VHS or Beta (those two acts together was an amazing show), and it's posted for free on RCRDLBL.com HERE or listen on the widget below.
