Dear God

The New York Times might have said that God is dead, but it looks like God is getting the last laugh with the website Dear God. Taking a cue from the Post Secret generation, the blog was started by Coolhunter founder Bill Tikos to allow people to share their hopes, thoughts, prayers, etc with their vision of a higher power.

Readers send in their letters to God, which is then posted with a picture that expresses their message. The website is totally non-denominational, and was founded by Tikos to help fill the gap that he felt organized religion was leaving for young people that didn't like the formalities and wanted a way to express their spirituality.

The postings range from funny to moving, it's easy to spend hours reading through them. Check out a few and add your own by visiting it here.
